Hello, and welcome to the first-ever blog post for Elevate with El!

I’m El—an aspiring Exercise Scientist (fully accredited in June 2025) on a mission to help women lead healthier, more fulfilling lives through science-backed fitness and nutrition strategies. If you’ve been following me for a while, you might know me from my former brand, Rebel Fitness Coaching. Now, I’m thrilled to introduce you to Elevate with El—a fresh start that perfectly captures my philosophy to empower, elevate, and evolve.
Why the Change?

You might be wondering why I decided to rebrand from Rebel Fitness Coaching. The answer is simple: growth. As I continue my studies in exercise and sports science—and soon, sports nutrition—I’ve realised my passion goes beyond just “breaking the rules” (the old “rebel” mentality). I’m dedicated to helping women truly elevate their health, mindset, and lifestyle. This name shift allows me to reflect that transformation in both you and me.
What You Can Expect
Science-Backed Fitness Tips: I’m committed to sharing workouts and exercise plans rooted in evidence-based practice. You’ll learn how to optimise your training—whether you’re short on time, juggling work and family, or simply looking for that next-level challenge.
Practical Nutrition Guidance: While I’m still on my journey to become a sports nutrition specialist, I’ll share balanced, realistic meal ideas and expert insights to help you fuel your body without the stress of restrictive diets.
Mindset & Motivation: True wellness goes beyond sets, reps, and calories. Expect posts on overcoming self-doubt, cultivating self-compassion, and staying motivated for the long haul.
Community & Support: One of my main goals is to foster an uplifting environment where women cheer each other on, celebrate wins, and share honest struggles. We’re in this together!
